AnchorWorks: Governance Runtime Adapter
AnchorWorks is a production-grade Governance Runtime Adapter that intercepts AI operations, constructs SHA-256 hashes and Merkle tree commitments, and publishes cryptographic evidence to ForgeRun's immutable ledger. It does not certify, approve, enforce, or evaluate governance adequacy.
What AnchorWorks Does
AnchorWorks records governance-relevant events and produces cryptographic evidence that third parties can independently verify without trusting AnchorWorks, the operator, or any intermediary.
What AnchorWorks Does NOT Do
AnchorWorks does not certify, approve, enforce, or evaluate governance adequacy. It does not assess compliance, safety, or correctness. Interpretation of evidence is performed by auditors, regulators, courts, or organizations themselves.
Protocol Compliance
AnchorWorks implements three governance protocols: S11.1 for structured governance artifacts, Prometheus for observable runtime metrics, and Atom2 for trust signal framework.
Cryptographic Pipeline
Events are hashed with SHA-256, batched into Merkle trees, and anchored to ForgeRun's append-only ledger. Each event receives a receipt with an inclusion proof enabling independent verification.
